Test Procedure

Allow test kit and urine samples to equilibrate to temperature (15-30°C or 59-86°F) prior to testing.

[For Cassette]

1.Remove the test cassette from the sealed pouch and use it as soon as possible.

2.Place the test device on a clean and level surface.

3.Hold the dropper vertically and transfer 3 drops of specimen

(approximately 100 μL) to the specimen well (S) of the test device, then start the timer. See illustration below.

4.Wait for the colored line(s) to appear. Read results at 15 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 20 minutes.

[For Strip]

1.Remove the test strip from the sealed pouch.

2.Holding the strip vertically, carefully dip it into the specimen with the arrow end pointing towards the diluent. Do not immerse the strip past the Max Line.

3.Remove the strip after 10 seconds and lay the strip flat on a clean, dry, non-absorbent surface, and then begin timing.

4.Wait for colored line(s) to appear. Interpret the test results at 10-15 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 20 minutes.
